For the second year in a row, Congressman Doug Lamborn (CO-05) has earned the title of Most Conservative Member of Congress. In its annual ranking of House Members, the National Journal gave Lamborn a score of 95% for his conservative voting record. He tied with Reps. Randy Neugebauer (TX), Sam Johnson (TX), Jim Jordan (OH), and Trent Franks (AZ).

Franks, Lamborn, and Neugebauer were ranked the most conservative in 2009.
