Independence Day 2016

"As we celebrate the bravery and patriotism of our Founding Fathers 240 years ago, I want to offer my thanks and admiration to the outstanding patriots among us today. Our land is filled with people who have sacrificed and dedicated their lives to the protection and prosperity of this country. For nearly two and a half centuries, it is the citizens who have made the United States of America the greatest nation in the history of mankind. I know that with our continued commitment to our founding values of freedom, liberty, and equality, we will continue to be the greatest nation for many years to come. Thank you to the brave men and women in uniform who are working hard to protect and defend our nation and I wish you a safe and happy Independence Day!"
