“In the weeks leading up to, and during, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, your administration was slow to provide adequate lethal aid for Ukraine’s defense and has imposed sanctions on Russia only incrementally. Every action taken by your administration to provide needed equipment to Ukraine for their self-defense has been slow-walked, hand-wrung, and ultimately reliant on Congressional pressure to finally be realized . . . Your administration’s reaction to Russia’s aggression allows Russia the time and resources to continue its brutal war.”

“The HALT our Adversaries Act will prevent the American taxpayers from paying for enhanced military capabilities from our adversaries, China and Russia, by way of colleges and universities,” said Congressman Doug Lamborn. “It is imperative that we do not knowingly contribute funding to those actively threatening harm to our nation or our allies. I am grateful to Chairwoman Stefanik for sponsoring this legislation and will do everything in my power to keep American tax dollars out of the hands of those who wish to do unprovoked and unnecessary harm.”

Congressman Doug Lamborn led a bicameral letter along with Senator Mike Lee and 42 of their colleagues in the House and 11 in the Senate, expressing their deep concerns with the World Health Organization’s (W.H.O.) dangerous new abortion guidelines. The guidelines, issued on March 9th, are extreme in nature and remove all legal and policy safeguards on abortion and to impose restrictions on the conscience rights of health workers while ignoring the right to life and the safety of mothers and children.

“I commend Admiral Gilday for removing these toxic books from the Navy’s recommended reading list, specifically, ‘How to Be an Antiracist’ by Ibram X. Kendi, as well as ‘Sexual Minorities and Politics: An Introduction’ by Jason Pierceson and ‘The New Jim Crow’ by Michelle Alexander. Following my previous condemnation of this list, I am pleased that a year later the U.S. Navy has halted their movement towards divisive, un-American, and false social theories. Critical Race Theory has no place in our military or service academies, or any place in the military, and I will continue to speak out against attempts to incorporate it.”

“I am greatly concerned about this nationwide baby formula shortage which is adding stress and financial burden to hard-working moms and dads,” said Congressman Doug Lamborn.  “Some infants require a specific formula because of sickness, allergies, or other issues, and parents are unable to simply grab what is in stock at their local store or pharmacy. The Biden Administration should immediately prioritize getting formula on the shelves at grocery stores across the nation, rather than sending it down to their self-made crisis at our Southern border. There is absolutely no reason American families should face food insecurities for their infant children. I was glad to join Congresswoman McMorris Rodgers and my colleagues in congress in sending this very important letter to President Biden and the FDA and hope to see this issue addressed immediately.”

“It is absolutely unacceptable that the Palestinian Authority continues to encourage acts of terrorism through 'pay to slay' payments,” said Congressman Doug Lamborn. “While the Taylor Force Act was an essential step toward ending the Palestinian Authority’s immoral ‘pay to slay’ program, the Taylor Force Martyr Payment Prevention Act works to ensure that Palestinian terrorists don’t benefit financially for committing acts of violence against Israeli citizens or the United States.”

"Our actions across the globe are underpinned by a reliable nuclear deterrent. This is essential when considering China’s nuclear breakout, North Korea’s continued nuclear testing, Iran’s nuclear ambitions, and of course, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and complete nuclear recapitalization."

"America was founded on the principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, which encompasses protecting the religious rights of the individual. That includes those who put on the uniform and volunteer to serve our nation. It is imperative that our military leaders uphold the constitutional rights of these cadets."

“America is a nation founded on the principle of liberty, and service members have a fundamental right to their sincerely held religious beliefs. It is fundamentally an individual’s right to choose whether to get vaccinated. Military bureaucrats have no role to play in this process. I have requested more information from the Department of Defense and will continue working to protect the constitutional rights of our nation’s heroes.”

"This report mainly focused on the chronology of the events and whether any nefarious or illegal actions occurred, while the forthcoming GAO report did a much deeper review of the criteria and scoring in this basing decision. With only a cursory review of the process itself, the DoD OIG’s conclusion that the previous basing decision was reasonable simply means that it was logical based on flawed evaluations."
