The 25th Amendment is intended to be invoked in instances when the President is incapacitated, not as a political tool.

President Trump vetoed the NDAA over concerns with the lack of a repeal of Section 230. The NDAA includes nearly $1 billion for defense programs in Colorado’s Fifth District.
