WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Doug Lamborn (CO-05) released the following statement mourning the passing of former First Lady Barbara Bush. 

“Barbara Bush was an exceptional First Lady who symbolized grace and character not only in the political arena, but in her personal life as well. Her example of integrity and strength is an inspiration to our country. I am saddened to hear of her death. My prayers are with the Bush family. God bless you all.”
